I came across this book by doing some research on food that has anti-aging qualities, and I was quite surprised to see that bone broth has such properties. The book does a great job at explaining why this is the case, and also provides some detailed information regarding the health and weight loss benefits of bone broth. The book also contains a bone broth recipe with plenty of useful tips to make it tasty. I'll definitely include it into my meal plan.

I expected this to have recipes in it but it is just explaining why its good for you. Not very helpful.

The author was very knowledgeable and humble. Even though it was obvious he/she was not American it was still an easy read . And a great sense of humour too.

This book takes the mystery out of making bone broth and makes it easy for the home cook. The health benefits can be tailored to an individual's needs with only simple addition of basic easily obtained ingredients. At first the broth was a little nasty to me, but now I love it. It’s so helpful for everybody, who wants to have healthier skin, hair, nails improve immune system and lose weight.

This book has a comprehensive introduction about the benefits of both broth and how it can aid good nutrition. Florence Nightingale used to prepare beef tea for her patients and it made them feel better right away - such is the concentration of nutrients. I also found out via this book the origins of Bovril - but until you read the book it's my secret.This book wetted my appetite for a good broth, in fact, my mouth was watering reading it.I was intrigued to know that both broth contains collagen - the vital ingredient for youthful skin. Bone broth is great for your joints and your energy and has so many other amazing benefits, you wont believe.I really was surprised by what I learned in this book and I will certainly be going to the trouble of introducing more bone broth to my diet.

This is a great book! After reading this book you will discover that this is a diet that works perfectly for just anyone who is looking to change the quality of his or her body. It covers the absolute basics of what you need to know to make great recipes and get healthy. Explore the different recipes that are included in this book. They're very healthy and amazingly delicious. I really enjoy the recipes in it and can’t wait to try some of them. Short but useful book!

When I bought this book I knew what bone broth was, or at least I thought I did. After reading it I can really say I know everything about bone broth. Its benefits for health and many others. it is a very interesting book that goes over the story and when it comes from to how to properly cook it and do great recipes. I highly recommend this book if you are into this type of food. Great book thank you.

Excellent book, very helpful and full of useful information and details. I have been interested in Bone Broth diets and this has got to be one of my fav books on the topic. Not only does it help loose weight but it also , more importantly, helps fight aging and promotes healthier more nutritional life style ad eating habits, great book , enjoyed it till the max :)
