I have read dozens of fitness books, trying to find the one book to pull it all together - this is it. This book does a fantastic job of making fitness training a lifestyle that sticks with you forever and affects all other aspects of one's life. The search is over!

I love the easy to follow ways to work outs and other suggestion to get you fit, including the shower help,for better health which, does help cooler showers. He takes the nonesence out of the what you hear the latest fitness workouts in magazines etc, diets, that really not great. Marc did awesome job with this book, read it and it will help you with your fitness goals. I love the way work out now, and apply some the new stuff in this book also, so I would click and read !

Just finished reading “Fitness Hacking: 21 Power Tactics That Will Transform Your Workout Results”and absolutely loved it. There are some fantastic ideas in the book that I'm sure will help you get whatyou're looking for in your workouts. I can't wait to start implementing some of these into my schedule.

This book is put together well and is a good read. It has a great examples to follow for you to hit your goals. Also contains some great over all fitness tips.

This book presents the reader with multiple options on jumpstarting, or just starting, their fitness program. The book is easy to read and understand. The principles behind the recommended exercise patterns are explained for the novice to understand and the movement patterns are easy to follow and implement. Very highly recommended for the individual who composes his or her workout without a personal coach. Provides an individual with a variety of easy-to-incorporate fitness variations to change up the workout routine. Five stars.
